Violation of These Terms and Conditions

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the jurisdiction of the registered office of Irish Expert, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Any claim under these Terms and Conditions must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, failing which such claim shall be barred, except claims made under separate service agreements.
In the event of any dispute arising between Irish Expert and you, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve such dispute within thirty (30) days. If unresolved, either party may submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing remedies available under applicable law.
Changes to This Agreement
Irish Expert reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time.
It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
As long as you comply with these Terms and Conditions, Irish Expert grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use the Site.
